Strategy Summit 2026 marks an important milestone for Schibsted. For the first time, we will bring together our top ~200 leaders from across Sweden, Norway and Finland – representing the full breadth of our new Schibsted.
We’ll meet at Vår Gård in Saltsjöbaden, just outside Stockholm, for two days to align on our direction, share insights and ideas, and build stronger connections across the company.

Flight recommendations
Below we have listed flights that will fit with the schedule. For everyone flying in to Arlanda, there will be buses departing from the airport timed to meet the recommended arrivals. For the return on Thursday, there will be buses from Vår Gård to Arlanda.

14 October – SAS 08:20-9:20 or Norwegian 8:30-9:30

🇳🇴 Arriving from Bergen, Stavanger or Haugesund
13 October – If you arrive on Tuesday, you can stay from October 13-14 at Vår Gård by letting us know when you register.
14 October – 6:25-9:20 from SVG, 6:30-9:20 from BGO, 6:45-9:20 from HAU
15 October – Your flight should not depart earlier than ...... if you plan to take the bus.
🇸🇪 If you live in the Stockholm area
14 October – There will be buses departing from Stockholm Central Station.
15 October – Buses will take you back to the city after the event.
The exact time and details for the bus will be announced closer to the event.
Fancy starting your day with yoga 🧘🏼, a run 🏃🏼➡️ or a refreshing morning dip 🩱?
Vår Gård is beautifully situated by the water and also has a sauna. Remember to bring suitable clothing or swimwear if you plan to join one of the morning activities. Registrations will open closer to the event.

Buses depart to Arlanda and Stockholm around lunch.
